Great thread! I''ll be setting the marquise blue zircon I got from Freke in a JKT bezel ring similar to katiedid''s and glitterata''s, so it''s fun to see these all and get some more ideas! The stone is just screaming for an E/W bezel setting and burning a hole in my pocket, so to speak! I just convo''d Julia tonight and will probably ship the stone to her tomorrow, so the process can get started.

Here is Julia''s sketch. The stone is a 2.88 ct Pink Tourmaline Cushion and the ring will be made with Argentium Silver and a Rose Gold Bezel.

Hi MTG, I don''t want to ask, as I tend to get really antsy with deadlines, especially if they for some reason can''t be kept. So I''m just going to be pleasantly surprised when it''s done

I just sent her a small bluish whitish gray star sapphire and told her to make it into a beautiful silver ring. I look forward to seeing what she comes up with--but I know I''ll have to be patient because she''s soooo busy.
