Should I be concerned about HCA score of 2.3?

Here are the diamond specs:
$4,387
1.02ct
Ideal cut
Color: J
Clarity: VS2
Polish: Excellent
Symmetry: Excellent
Culet: None
Flourescence: Medium blue
Measurements: 6.43 x 6.40 x 4.01 mm
Girdle: Medium to slightly thick (faceted) 4%
Depth: 62.5%
Table: 56%
Crown angle: 35
Pavilion angle: 41

I don't have any pics, it's from Blue Nile (I really like a setting there so I'm purchasing the diamond there as well). Everything Im finding states these specs as the max for a good performing diamond.

Also- the girdle seems large.. is that something to be concerned about?

I already purchased the diamond but it won't be shipped until next week so I have a short period of time to change it if necessary. I want to be sure I'm getting a good diamond and not getting ripped off.

Thoughts?

adding a couple things from GIA report that i didn't have before...
Crown Height: 15.5%
Pavilion Depth: 43.5%
Star Length: 50%
Lower Half: 80%

With stones that have an HCA over 2, I would absolutely have to have an idealscope image. It is good to have one no matter what, but stones between 2 and 3 can be great or not a good choice. So I would recommend using a vendor that will supply you with pictures and idealscope images, especially Good Old Gold and WhiteFlash, and you can try James Allen but they will only supply you with 3 idealscope images.

Girdles of thin, medium, and slightly thick (or a combination of those) are fine. The depth is greater than my limit of 62.3, although I'd prefer 60-62. Greater depth sometimes results in a smaller diameter. Some 1 ct stones will measure 6.5mm. So if you have to buy from Blue Nile, either buy one of their signature stones or get that HCA below 2 to have a good shot at a great stone!

I found a similiar diamond for not much more money...

So this would be a better choice?
