Kate Middleton and Prince William have been snapped all glammed up at BAFTA in London for a pre-launch event hosted by The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood

I like these pictures, because of the way William is looking at her & then touching her back. They are usually quite stiffy in public & never seem to even link arms, but i think they have loosened up somewhat more recently. All other Royals around the world are pictured linking arms or holding hands etc, but not here in the UK. Can’t help but think it’s because Harry & Meghan were quite popular for being tactile in public? But whatever the reason, i like to see it.

Unexpected glitter in Luxemburg last night!

I am quite surprised that Princess Alexandra was sporting the Emerald Chaument tiara. I thought that was for the Queen's use. Regardless, everyone looks great and sparkly!

I've really enjoyed watching the coverage out of the Royal Tour in Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao. It seems like this is very much a Tour Training for the Princess of Orange and she's doing great!

I suspect you're right.
IMO this was once a much longer necklace turned into a tiara with the shorter remaining part kept as necklace, possibly with the addition of a pair of earrings (the odd pear-shaped elements).
