Royal Crest Diamond ring

I have a Royal Crest Diamond, 5 stone engagement ring, 1 carat, set in yellow gold. I bought this ring in 1995. It retailed then for about 4K. Does anyone know what this ring would be worth today? It is absolutely beautiful, very brilliant.
Any info. on current pricing for this type of ring would be appreciated. My local jewelers do not know anything about the Royal Crest cut or value.

I purchased a beautiful royal crested diamond ring last year from craigslist for $2500. It is 5 stones 2.18 ctw yellow gold. I had it appraised for insurance purposes and replacement value was $13000. I just loved the look of the ring and didn't know anything about it. The woman I purchased it from got it from a old b/f back in 1996 and the original receipt stated price was $9000.
