Rough diamond from India

I am holding a rough diamond origin from India.i am very new to this industry,and absolutely no idea.the diamond was tested in a local gemologist lab and commented as natural diamond weighing 2.25 CRT pale yellowish color.i wanted to try this and i am very much interested to learn more about the process of cutting and selling .i am searching for a brilliant cutter and a trader who can trade my diamond.i would appreciate if you could help me out.

That's a complicated set of questions that goes way beyond the scope of a forum like this. Almost always it's a money losing deal to cut them and there are some legal issues if you're transporting the thing internationally. Start with a conversation about these topics with whoever you bought it from. Are you in India now?
