Thanks to @pearaffair I ended up really looking at my marquise and realized that my eternity band is eating at the gold cup. I won’t be having a new ring made for a few more years and DKJ didn’t offer to remake the ring since it’s been 10 months (just didn’t notice it since I wasn’t wearing the ring for long) so now I’m going to see about having a spacer made but I’m not sure what kind works best?

I’m going to the mall today to see if curved spacers work or not but I was thinking either something like the Tiffany Harmony wedding band or the notched spacer from VC. Any suggestions would be great!

I would suggest a plain, inexpensive spacer. If your diamond band is platinum, you'll want to match the metal. The Stuller HR7 is a popular one as it is a half-round, and your local jeweler can easily get that for you.

I like the plain metal one as well... a thin knife edge will provide the needed height for stability, and provide enough width protect the gold cup, while being almost unnoticeable.

@KKJohnson
You can get plain spacers in any metal on Etsy, which is what I've done. I have all the metals and kind of switch them out.

I have the Tiffany knife edge platinum ring as a spaced. It’s awesome and so narrow

E-weddingbands have wonderful die-struck spacers at very good prices: https://www.e-weddingbands.com/store/product-1mm-light-comfort-fit-platinum-details.html

JA carries a similar to the T&Co Harmony band: https://www.jamesallen.com/mobile/w...e/14k-white-gold-tapered-pave-band-item-55364

I personally would suggest that you go with a rounded, very slim spacer that will sit well under the gallery. A knife edge spacer might still eat the center stone prongs because your ring is set relatively low.

I tried on the harmony band along with a couple other bands and the harmony definitely won out out of the Tiffany bands, I’m going to stop at a few more stores. I already have two slim bands that could work but I would like something w/o diamonds and in either platinum or WG
