Thanks. Taking pictures from a distance helps hiding my aging skin, just my little trick.
I have no idea who you are or what you do but in my head, you’re a glamorous model who happens to love gems and hence you post with us!
Gorgeous ! I just love a classic, big beautiful eternity band! What is the carat weight?
Wow! How did it look before the soaking? Was it hard to clean the oil off?
So cool that you did it yourself.
It was more milky looking before. Now the color looks more saturated to me. I just used baby shampoo after to clean it and a soft toothbrush. I did it very lightly.
I also did my emerald eternity band and that became darker.

This is great information! It is a gorgeous ring. I wonder how long the effects of the home oiling will last. Please come back and let us know (if you remember to do so.)
Many moons ago, I dedicated my tiny crockpot to oiling my emeralds. It would last for years.
And it doesn't effect the (in this case ) the sapphire, or any other side stone?
