question about ring design

I would really appreciate your advice on a project. I have a 1 Ct. OEC (VS2, L) and I came across this ring that I really like as an inspiration. I am a size 6.

The small diamonds in the ring are rose cuts. Do you think that I need to use rose cuts or would regular melee be okay? They are so tiny, I'm not sure it matters but don't want to destroy the feel of the ring. If I need the rose cuts, how easy (or hard) would it be for the jeweler to source those?
Also any suggestions for changes to the design? Your suggestions/help are very much appreciated.

No I don't think they need to be.

You can do single cuts too, but regular melee is fine. I'd call Grace and ask her bench for a quote. This should be right up their alley. Alternately I'm sure CVB could do a lovely designed based on that one.
