Just spotted a new type of comment on two GIA reports today that I've never seen before. The comments are in the format "Matches rough examined in Rough# XXX" with the XXX being a number that looks similar to a GIA number. Here's a link to one of the two reports where I spotted this comment:

Anyone have any idea what this comment is referring to? Maybe something to do with GIA examining particular rough to determine whether it is lab grown or mined? Honestly, I have no idea. But that's the first thing that popped into my head, seeing as I've never seen this comment before the present day, when lab-grown rough is beginning to proliferate.
Would like to hear from the PS community to see if anyone else has spotted this comment before, or if anyone has any insight into its significance.
