Purchasing from online - Is this diamond okay?

I am looking at purchasing a diamond online. Is there anything within these specs I should watch out for:
Round Brilliant
Carat - .89
Dimensions - 6.23 x 6.26 x 3.78
Color - I
Clarity - VS2
Cut - Very Good
Characteristics - Cloud, Crystal, Finish

I have been searching for weeks in diamonds stores and online and the more I learn the more confused I get. So any help would be greatly appreciated. I would like to stay around the .9 carat range and want something that looks nice.
