Promotion gift to myself - citrine and diamond pendant by D. Yurman =)

So, I was planning to get myself a pendant as a promotion gift to myself - I had a few contenders that I was considering ordering from Whiteflash - however, my bf and I are going to vacation to Belize next year, so my budget was going to be diverted to that. UNTIL, I saw this really cute pendant at bloomingdales - for ~25% of my original buget So, it satisfied my desire for sparklies without breaking the bank.

The other LA ladies who went to the get together last month will remember that I took a liking to a citrine and diamond ring, but I didn''t buy it. Fortunately, I was able to fulfill my longing for a citrine with this pendant:

It is a 7x7mm citrine stone surrounded by .2 ct of pave diamonds - on the website it looks very orangey/brown but in real life it is much closer to yellow.

My ''flower shot'' - BF and I were at the farmer''s market last weekend, and he was like, ''Oh those pompom looking flowers look nice'' - so we buy them, then I get to the car and realize that they''re CLOVER and I just paid $4 for a bunch of weeds...oh well, they look nice arranged
