Princess feedback

I'm looking to buy a princess diamond. I've done my research, however, I'm new to this and would greatly appreciate some feedback. Budget is around $9k max for 1.7ct diamond possibly.

Here is the diamond I'm looking at:

1.70 Carat princess diamond

This princess cut 1.7 carat I color vvs2 clarity has a diamond grading report from GIA

Is it good value for the money or I can find another diamond with lower specs that would still look fine to naked eye?

Isn't VVS2 "overkill" for princess cuts?

some says anything over VS1 is an overkill, while others like high clarity. If there is a good looking eye clean VS or SI1, why not?

True. How much do you set the zoom/mangification at James Allen site in order to get to "naked eye" viewing? Their default magnification is 20x right?
