Price for a stuller 5-stone ring setting

I just got a quote for an 18K gold setting for a 5 stone ring for $580, in a similar design to this:

Is that too much or fair? Would it be cheaper if we get one of the stuller settings? I'm not too hung up on this particular design so if it can be done for less I don't mind going with that. Thanks!

I might suggest you do two things.
1. Post a pic, as blue Nile links are lame and never take you to the actual item page,just the homepage.
