Possible Value on this Mandarin Garnet

Hi all,
I purchased this Mandarin Garnet in its rough back in 1997. It is a 5.54 Ct 10.5mm Modified Trillion. Its color is a firey saturated orange and its brilliance in unsurpassed. I had it cut in 1999 and since then I've seen the prices go thru the roof.
Can anyone give me an estimate as to its current value? The material is from Namibia I believe.

Would you say the photo is accurate for color? While it looks to be a very well cut spess, the value will be largely dependent upon the hue and saturation (and of course clarity) of the stone. As to value, your best bet is to check it against some of the spess currently for sale by reputable vendors. There is a sticky at the top of this page with recommended vendors. You can click right through and see what they have in the way of comp stones.
