Nice stone. Inclusion could be hidden by a prong. Nice ASET, good numbers, good price. for a little over 9k? That's a great stone.

That's a hard one. What was the color and spread on that stone and the price?

I / VS2 for the other one, it is slightly smaller, closer to 7.6mm vs. 7.5mm. Price is around the same ($200 or so cheaper).

I can't make that decision for you. My solution would be to see both (have vendor send both or go and see them) side by side and pick between them. If not, I would accept a very good video of the stones side by side. But that's why I work with the vendors I do, because they are accommodating of things like that.
