Good grief, I can''t believe I missed this post. However, glad to read that W2B is doing well and on the road to recovery. I wish her all the very best and hope you''re managing to recover okay too Strmrdr. Take it easy.
They removed the morphine pain controll machine today and are talking about sending her home tomorrow.
I glad she is getting to go home but kinda worried she will over due it.
Thank you everyone for the thoughts and prayers :}
Its working!!
Wow, that''s quick. Please tell her to take it easy. No use in over doing it, it will prolong the recovery process. I bet she will be glad to be home though. More prayers going her way and your way as well.
wifey2b is at home!
The doc let her go this morning.
She said her mom is keeping a pretty sharp eye on her to make sure she doesnt do anything she isnt suposed to be doing.
Just got off the phone with her.
She said the docs are amazed at how quick her incision is healing and made an appointment to remove the staples earlier than they were planning on.
I wanted to say thank you for all the support and prayers.
You all have been wonderful!
I was telling her about it again tonight and she said to tell you thank you and God Bless!
Thank you for keeping us so well informed throughout the ordeal, Storm. I am delighted she is home. Even when one is not well, it feels great to be discharged from the hospital! It is a huge milestone on the road to complete normalcy . May every day continue to be better!
Sorry to hear about the storm you two had to go through, Strm... All is well when it ends well.
Best of luck and patience for the next few weeks. After that, I hope neither of you should have to remember anything related to this intervention.
It has been a while since last looking over ''Hangout''. One click away, and this thread was as well hidden out of my view as if on the other side of the moon
All is well, She is recovering well.
Should know when they are going to remove the staples and when the doc apointment is by tonight. She was spose to call for an appointment today.
