Running a search on PS, looks like James Allen and Whiteflash have the most AGS 0s in your budget.

They look very similar, but one costs less and one is bigger.

I would go with the one JulieN posted from JA. It faces up significantly larger for a minimal price difference.

I did thanks JulieN!! this is for a friend, he doesn't know anything about Diamonds and I don't want him to waste his money on a tiffany's ring. I hope he likes it

The Ps discount is only $100 which is weird thats not even 2% .. I bought a ring from BrianGavin, and it was 3% I believe

Perfectly at the budget, then! For the max discount, he has to pay by wire, for all vendors.
