Pears on size 4.5 or 5?

Hi all! I haven't found many pears in person at local jewelers to try on for sizing. My finger is 4.75.

Please post your pear cuts (with carat size) on finger sizes 4.5-5!

Here's mine. 1.59 carat on a size 4.5 finger. Obviously the halo adds a lot of coverage. I may someday reset this in a VC anne-marie.

I'm crazy for all your rings!!! So, so beautiful. Unfortunately, I'm having a difficult time finding pears at local jewelers. I'm going to try one of the jewelers my dad used to use for designing jewelry this weekend to see if they have anything to try on for sizing--wish me luck!

Not sure if you're still on the prowl three years out, but here's my 1.3ct pear on my size four finger in terrible indoor lighting! I usually wear it on my pointer (5.75). One thing I'll say about pears on the ring finger is they look odd if they're not sitting with the tip facing straight up (assuming you wear rotated up) - my finger webbing would make that impossible. When I get engaged, I'll be looking for a round stone for that reason!

3.01 F-SI1 pear on a size 4.5.
The ring previously held a 2.05 D-VS2 oval that was traded in locally. They just swapped the peg head from an oval to a pear.





I still wear this ring and swap it with my two CBIs depending on my mood.
