opinions on these two diamonds?

Can I get anyone's opinion on these two diamonds? I am mostly interested in how good you think the cut is on these? I was seeing if I could find something cut as close to a super ideal as possible; maybe I've completely missed the mark though.

Between these 2, I would choose the 2nd because of the smaller table, and bc the AGS cert means you have a sense of light performance.

Is this for you, or for a significant other? I ask because some people aren't ok with J color, and find it too tinted. So just wanted to ask.

Also, JA is a little overpriced right now, so you might want to check if other vendors have access to the same stone for less.

How do you plan to set the stone?

I am just astonished how expensive 0.9 J VS1 has gotten. I used to find them in the 3.3~3.5k range. They used to offer amazing value. Now, any decently cut stone is 4.0k.

Both are well cut. I would take the first GIA stone. I just cannot justify 4.3k for a non-branded 0.9 AGS J VVS
