Side view. The stone is 1.5 carats. I think it''s around a 7x7 mm.

TL- thanks for the pictures, did you get it in rose gold? its a pretty setting and I too like how you angle the stone kite shaped look, I''m excited to get it,,, was there a slight gap between the culet and the base of the prongs? since it is a stock head of 7.5, but I''m hoping my asscher stone isn''t too deep... if it is, I still like the setting, someone can modify the head at least. I''ll get in yellow gold for it.

ETA: are you getting it set pretty soon?

I''m still figuring out what stone to use this setting for.

That lilac/lavender gem is sure Beautiful, it looks great together. If i have a stone that color I would definitely go for rose gold now.
