Opinions needed on Round Brilliant

Hi all!
So I missed out on the transitional diamond I posted about earlier. I was too slow Anyways, how does this one look? Any opinions On the stats are welcome! Thank you

Too deep. Poorly cut stone to hit 1.5 ct. Pass on this one. I would stick to stones graded by GIA and AGSL.

Use these parameters as a cheat sheet.
54-57 table
60-62.4 depth
34-35 crown
40.6-40.9 pavilion
75-80 LGF
You want to make sure the crown and pavilion compliment each other. 35/40.6 or34/40.9.
 
Unfortunately this is not a very well cut stone. I would pass and look for the proportions noted by @crbl999
