I’m soooo sad to send this stone back. And I’m about to go on multiple international trips where I won’t be able to take her - SO SAD

I think it’s a hair under 2mm. I didn’t get technical specs but I knew it was too narrow haha

Yes, up 2.3mm, or more even! Love the starburst shank, it's fabulous. Would it be too much to maybe to echo that with cut out rays on the basket?

The diamond is incredible and your vision for the setting is the buttercream icing on the cake. Totally agree with your thoughts and tweaks - it's already pretty awesome but needed a couple of nudges. Omg this is going to be one hella perfect ring!

I think I’m going to keep this a little less - hmmm…designy? I feel like to capture the rays or something with more imagery id need the help of a real DESIGNER. If that makes sense…

Hmm…so many options!

Try adding a band in the middle of the lower y like a peace sign and it will mirror the bursts, or just a simple triple triangle pattern repeating between the top an bottom basket bars mimicking the lower half of a peace sign.
I'm not sure if either of those would be too busy or not?
