Oh so confused about 4 prong and shared prong

Please help. I´m in the process of picking out an engagement ring and wedding band set and really love the pave eternity band look but keep hearing that for everyday wear it´s not the best. So, now I´m considering 4 prong eternity or shared prong eternity. The only problem is I can´t seem to tell the difference between the two. Can anyone with 4 prong eternity engagement rings and shared prong eternity engagement rings post a pciture so I can see the difference. Then I won´t have to shoot myself.

Also, is there a problem with 4 prong eternity ring sets scratching each other or just the shared prong sets?
