You cannot swap the heads on Tacori, since their settings are made to scale for the size of stone. You will need the 6.5 mm version, which they have... DO NOT have a jeweler mess with the setting -- cancel the order and change it to the correct size setting.
It is never "too late" unless the stone has been set AND the setting has been compromised (i.e. made to fit when the size is incorrect, warping the setting).
