Water and razors blades.
I keep a spray bottle of water.
Spray on stovetop, then wait 10-minutes and wipe away the vast majority of gunk.
Free.
No pollution.
If you fry or burn fat onto a surface you may need a razor blade.
I buy a box of 100 safety razor blades at Home Depot ... 15 cents each.
