New search for Emerald cut diamond

Staying too long for social distancing, I wonder if the diamond price is going down because of less trade? Could some one give some briefing about current price?

Secondly, i am searching for an emerald cut in WF and GOG but couldn't find any in house ones. In JA, there are more options but still no CERT available and it would take time to chat and ask for each stone. Would you please suggest where i can look for it? My fingers are short and I thought that emerald cut would be better than princess cut.

Prices are going up due to cutters being closed for extended periods and not cutting new stones. Inventory is harder for remote shippers to source due to difficulties securing stones in countries with closures.

Blue Nile, Adiamor, Yadav all have certs and videos online.

With JA you have to ask a salesperson to send you the certificates, they no longer post them online.
