I saw on your link, that Art-A-Whirl is this coming weekend-I have a couple of friends that attend and have really enjoyed it---is this something that you've attended? It sounds fabulous!!!

Legra-You are correct that these cognac diamonds do look a lot like garnets, but with more sparkle. I was wearing the ring today with several of my favorite red garnet pieces, and they look great together.

Stepcutnut - I've never been to Art-a-Whirl, but it is on my calendar. Don't know if I'll be able to make it, though. My MIL is coming for a visit, but I'm still holding out hope. It should be lots of fun. Hope you can go.
