#JOTW New 4.1ct JA True Hearts

It was pointed out to me that I should have posted my ring here first lol.

So I sold a bunch of things, a 2.4ct H VS2 pear ring, VCA bracelet, Cartier watch that was clunky and annoying (I am so not a big watch person. Give me a small Rolex). Probably going to sell my 2.1ct D color SI1 round ring just to have more cushion in the bank.

The stone is a JA True Hearts round. 4.1cts J SI1. I was kind of worried about the J but I shouldn't have been. The stone is truly fabulous, as beautiful as my D color. So here are some photos. More to come later.

Beautiful, and the perfect size if you ask me! Do you see much warmth in the J? Looks like an amazing cut!!

I notice very little warmth in the J and I'm pretty color sensitive. It is an amazing cut, I'm quite impressed.

Thank you! It's a 35th anniversary diamond. Unfortunately my husband doesn't like the Tiffany style setting. He liked the SimonG halo settjng on my 2ct.

Thank you! The stone is kind of large, but now I've gotten used to it. I'm wondering, I like the platinum solitaire and I wanted to do the solitaire /eternity band thing, but maybe a pave shank and halo would look better. Looking for opinions.

Ok good to know. I started out by ordering a halo setting but changed my mind and ordered the knife edge platinum solitaire with 6 prongs. I'm going to have my daughter get some photos tomorrow am.
