Hey everyone-

Here''s the photo that WF sent me of my pendant...what does everyone think? Is the bezel to thick? Will it overwhelm the stone? Is it even possible to shave it down at this point?

Thanks for your input!

ask if they''ll take a neck shot. need a reference point for size.

What size is the center stone?

It''s a .25 ACA melee (so F/VS stone).

I think I actually like the thickness of the bezel with a stone that size. It''s not going to look nearly as thick in person and not magnified. And, on top of that, it will definitely give the appearance of a larger stone. Looks like a beauty!

i think you will be surprised how dainty it is in person. i can''t imagine they could safely make it much thinner but if it really bothers you, you could ask if that is an option.

Ditto. Those pics are magnified so much, when you get it you will be surprised how delicate it looks. But ask if you are concerned. I think it looks great.

Thanks everyone! Per everyone''s suggestion, Lesley has put in a request for a neck shot and has assured me that the bezel is quite thin. I''ll post the new pictures when I get them!

On a side note, again WF has TOTALLY blown away my expectations. Lesley has been fabulous to work with (including a 2AM email response) and I highly recommend her to anyone!

it''s a little thick for my taste but i am a total thin bezel whore in general. but not sure if they can modify it now...but if you want them to, just ask! they can just say no right? when i had them make my sisters i STRESSED that i wanted a super thin bezel...because the stone was so tiny! anyway...keep us posted, that stone looks like a sparkler!

Wow that is gorgeous and it makes the diamond look SO big!! Oooo I want one someday. Would you mind telling what price range it is in? I understand if you want to keep that private though

Do you guys think that bezel earing would look ok and make the diamonds look bigger? My mom wants bigger studs but it is just too much right now.

I really like it!

If the stone were bigger, I would say it could be thinned a bit. But, with the size of that stone, it really gives the entire pendant a nice size and looks great on the woman''s neck. Should be a very pretty pendant!

I like it a lot! I''m a fan of slightly thicker bezels...my pendant is like that too. I think it makes your stone look huge! Perfect!

Talk about dainty chain, Kaleigh how thick was your 3 prong necklace? and how much did it cost you. WF give me a quote of about $800.00 in platinum when I email them your necklace post. Thank.

At first I thought it was too thick. After seeing the neck shot I still think it''s a little on the thick side, but it does look nice.

I thought it was very thick until I saw the neck shot. Now I think it's just a tad too thick. (just noticed that FG said the same thing!)

Then again, I have the 1/2 bezel WF pendant and like the look of it. It's very delicate.

Pretty stone! Can't wait to see what you decide.

I think it is perfect!

It''s beautiful! I totally want one!! I hope you love it when it arrives!

For my 2c worth, I see bling in the neck shot, and I think the bezel makes the diamond look even larger than it is...but that is just my opinion...I think it is lovely :}

It is slightly too thick for my taste. You need to decide what look you are going for. I love the chain.

Yes, yes! Bezelled (sp?!) stud earrings are such a GREAT idea! I actually have the little Tiffany bezel studs (10 ctw) and they are just the cutest little things EVER!

I will try to get photos of them one of these days.

Indecisive-
I don''t mind telling at all. Lesley quoted me $350 for the stone (.25 ACA melee F/VS - FYI everyone else, they no longer carry certed stones in this size). The bezel pendant is right from their website and is $199. It''s actually a really great deal!
