need opinion from expert

Hi I am obviously a newbie but I spent a little bit of time doing research about diamond ( 4C etc ).

I am in Australia and due to circumstances, I have a time constraint as well . So I have a very limited choice. Anyway, I was suggested this diamond by the retailer for my price range ( 4-5 thousands ) . I would kindly appreciate any input .

There is another one which is slightly out of my budget but I would still consider should the difference is "big"

I would take the size on the first over the clarity on the second. Is it really important to you to go so high on color?
Can you see the inclusion on the first? That would bug me if you could.

Thanks for your response. To answer your response, high color is not a must for me, it's just that I have so limited knowledge in this area ( only learn a bit about diamond because I need one for my engagement ) that I have assumption that the better the color the better it is.
I dont know whether posting direct link is allowed, but I can't see it being prohibited anywhere; so I apologize if this is not allowed.

Because of my time constrain I mentioned earlier, basically have 3 choices of loose diamonds. These diamonds come with their GIA report, Ideal-Scope, Photo, and cut report so hopefully it will help the expert to offer more opinions.

I was told by the retailer itself that Clarity is not "that" important and he recommends the second one for my budget range (around 4-5k - can go a little bit higher ).

Is the D SI2 eye-clean? When is your deadline?

It's past their opening hours, so I've sent them email already asking whether that particular one you mentioned is eye clean or not. I have to leave by next Saturday so I have to get it delivered by then if that helps.

Unfortunately we have Thanksgiving and Hanukkah over here right now.

If the D Si2 is not eye clean, i'd prob try the E.
