Need help with Cushion cut Halo

Okay so my nephews girlfriend has given us a picture.....We have a bout $2000-$2,500 budget

here is the picture we need a NYC Vendor to do this for us. Please help me find a better setting then this one

the center stone we are putting in is .99 RB (not certified but the last jewelery said it is high color high clarity ) but I haven't seen it myself.

ERD could do a custom setting within that budget most likely and they would be my first choice. Another options is IDJ, they could do a custom setting or you could pick out a gabriel and co setting. Both are located in NYC.
