Need heLp with a particular diamond...

Today was my first day out and about shopping for diamonds in person. I've done a fair amount of research online, but I can't seem to figure out why this particular diamond is well below its comparables. Here are the specifics

RB, 1.51ct, VS2, K, XXX priced at 7k.

57 table
62.2 depth
35 degree
40.8 degree

Scores a 1.7 on HCA.

Any idea why this is well below its comparables? I appreciate any feedback.
