Since I was mentioned in this thread, and although the original poster did not end up taking the advice of contacting me (which is cool by the way- I mean contacting me) I feel I should jump in and give you guys an update. Turns out the customer was quite pleased with the finished piece in real life. The message we received included alot of kudos for the various people involved in the project.
I can't say for sure where the expectations about some of the design elements broke down, but in the end it all worked out. I'm sure he appreciated the sincere concern, moral support, and the constructive ideas that were expressed by the contributors to this thread.
And again, although we have a dedicated customer service team that are wonderful at resolving issues to the customer's benefit , I am always available to help as well.
