Wow, I hardly know what to say- so many nice comments!! Sorry for the delay in responding- my internet was out a good bit of yesterday due to the storm. Anyway- I will try to respond to everyones comments and questions!!

Oh my goodness! Coco is so fantastically adorable! Your ring is exquisite, the details incredible. I see something new each time I look at photos. It must be so fun just to look at from all different angles and light. I love it! You did a fantastic job bringing it to life.
That is an objet d'art. It's utterly exquisite. I love the way it's got a low profile. I imagine that makes it much more wearable. What are the specs? I'm assuming it's a pink diamond, not a sapphire? I'm not sure if you've posted about this project before; if you have, I didn't see it. Sorry if everyone else knows the specs already!
So, tell us: Where will you wear it? Out to dinner? Around the house for the sheer pleasure? Parties only? And what kinds of outfits will you wear it with? Personally I'd wear it with a sexy all-black dress and not much other jewellery to really let that baby stand out! And, is it a special birthday/anniversary gift, or a self-appreciation gift? (I know all about those, since I've always had to supply my own bling!) And did you have it specially commissioned?

Am going to get a coffee and read through its story. I love! It really could be in a high-jewellery catalogue from DeBeers or Asprey. Particularly Asprey, as they do many flower designs.

2. Heirloom. Work of Art. Amazing craftsmanship.
3. Your nails - you must have had your nails done intentionally to match, but you were spot on with the color. Bravo.
4. I don't know what you do for a living, but you might want to consider photography. I love your photos!
5. Clever of you, Mike and Ken to design such a lovely dual purpose piece - a ring and a doggie hair ornament!
