My new wedding band and my stone upgrade

Hello all! I got a new band from e-weddingbands.com. It is a wonderful band. I highly recommend them. It is a step edge 3mm platinum band, size 5. Pictures of it are hard to capture. Here is the post about it:

I upgraded from a .831 G/SI1 to a .838 F/VS2. No size or cut difference really, just a step higher in color and clarity because the price was right and the option to upgrade with WF was there. It is a lovely stone! I can''t say enough good things about Whiteflash and their stones, customer service, etc.

For reference, the ering is the micropave legato setting. WF took my first stone out and replaced with my upgrade.

I absolutely love this combo (ering and wedding band). I searched for a long time before deciding to go this route of band/ering. I hope you enjoy the photos.

This stone is more white when I''m in indoor lighting conditions than the G. When I''m outside on a cloudy day, it picks up the grey more, where I *believe* my other stone exhibited more whiteness. It has a lot of fire, but I think the first stone had even more. Its'' symmetry is gorgeous. I would love to have seen the two stones side by side to see if I could tell the difference. However, the biggest difference is really all of the indoor lighting conditions and how it looks white and I''m pleased about that. What is worth $570 more? Yes, I''m very happy with it!

Thanks all! After happyanniversary decided to add a plain band to hers and it looked so nice, I started looking a bit more closely at those and realized it was a great look. After I decided to upgrade the stone, I opted to stay away from the price of the matching WF band and go for a plain band. I''ll be staying with this combo for a long time!

And the one I have now...from these photos, most would say you can''t really tell the difference. But again, there is a whiteness factor (albeit small).

cinnamon! I''ve been wondering what you decided! I love it--they look beautiful together. And the new stone is gorgeous. I can tell from the WF photos (ring before and after) that the new stone is whiter and it also shows off the arrows better. VERY nice choice.
