This setting is a stock setting I found on their website. Here is the link:

In the photo on the above link, it is shown with a princess cut diamond, but as you can see, they set a round with the same ring. Once I chose the diamond and sent the wire, I received the ring in a week! Very lovely setting with no custom order needed.
