Hi everybody, I don’t often post but I read on PS quite a bit, I love to learn and dream along with you all! With all the crazy things going on in the world my “jewelry forum” as my husband calls it is my little safe haven/escape. Only the people here can appreciate how something so small can really lift my spirits. IRL friends & even DH can‘t understand.

I got this eternity right before Thanksgiving to celebrate a wedding anniversary. It is .40 ctw of ACA F/G VS melee. It is 2.2 mm wide and 2 mm tall off the finger. My finger size is 4.75, but I got a size 5.25 in hopes that it will fit for many years to come.

(Sidenote: I got a channel set baguette band from Whiteflash a couple months ago, but I ordered in my regular finger size of 4.75 and when I stack it it is too tight. So I usually wear that one by itself. I need to do a thread on that one, my life was crazy busy when that one came in). Learn from me - consider going up a half size if you will be stacking!

I hope that my pictures will help someone else who is eternity shopping. For perspective my solitaire is a 1.22 ACA I SI1 in the Vatche U113 setting and my plain band is 2mm wide. All are white gold. I will try to post many angles so other people can get an idea of height differences and how the rings fit and look together. Others‘ pictures have been very helpful for me.

I also want to say that this is now my 3rd purchase from Whiteflash and I continue to be beyond pleased with their customer service - Liza and Mrs. Vera are so kind, patient, and professional! I don’t ever have to worry when I deal with Whiteflash. (I’m not affiliated with them in any way, just a very satisfied customer )

My poor iPad is struggling to upload photos Will need to break up into multiple posts, sorry!

It’s beautiful! Stacks beautifully with your solitaire and looks perfect on your hand! Enjoy!

That set looks gorgeous on you! And the helper is pretty cute too!

That ring is really beautiful! It pairs so well with your band and solitaire. Thanks for indulging us with so many pictures - so nice to see some beauty at the end of a long day. I can so relate to 'the forum' - no one but us can really understand the connection to PS and the respite it gives us from every day life! Enjoy your new ring - I truly love it!!

Well said @MissGotRocks we come here to see beauty. I am so grateful that people here "get it". Life is hard. We need simple pleasures - a shimmery eternity never hurt anybody. Unlike social media which I"ve had to quit altogether because the drama and the politics were too stressful. I joined this site to learn about diamonds. I stayed because of the people and the community. I am grateful for Pricescope!

Wow! What a gorgeous band and what an elegant and classic set! It looks SO beautiful on your hand!

And your assistant is adorable :kiss2:

OK this is an utterly PERFECT stack! Total eye-gasm, lol. The stone is a fiery stunner, and the U113 is one of my favorite settings because of the deeply scooped and sculpted prongs. I also love the perfectly complementary proportions of your bands. You have a great eye for this!

You were wise to size up the eternity -- I'm currently dealing with the woes of age-related finger growth/swelling and need to re-vamp at least 2 of my eternities!!

PS - Cutest photography assistant EVER!!! Those ears! That face!

What a beautiful set of rings! Love your choices re stackers and ER setting, clean & classic---everything looks great together. & I agree also, WF is wonderful! And kudu's to your fur baby, a cutie!

Congratulations!! What a great choice and your whole stack is stunning. Love that you can mix and match and it all works. Post more pics anytime.

Beautiful new band - I love bead set. What a classy and versatile stack!

I love this band! Do the diamonds in it touch/scratch your e-ring prongs when you wear just the two?

Me too!

Your eternity and ering is just classically gorgeous! You are sparkling!

Gorgeous classic set!!! Your new band is perfect with your other rings!

Ok, 3 things I’d like to say @Iwanttosparkle:
1) I hear ya on PS being a “safe haven/escape” for those of us who need it, are jewelry lovers or both. Funny how you can feel a connection with strangers. But I find that people here on PS don’t readily pass judgment, are generally supportive and wonderfully accepting of you who you are. I love that about PS.

2) I love your lighting assistant! He/she patiently waits for you while you indulge in photography :D

3) Your stack is stunning!! Love that eternity with the gold band and that yummy solitaire! Perfect!!

Hi @Jsand The doughnut on my solitaire kicks it out a smidge. I put them together as close as possible to one another and took some pictures for you. The eternity is just barely taller than the doughnut. I hope you can zoom in on these pictures.

I have only worn it with the plain band in between. That plain band is my original engagement ring solitaire from 20 years ago melted down and reformed into a plain band. My original engagement ring had been blessed by the priest the day we got married, so I wear this band all the time for sentimental reasons.

This eternity is 2 mm tall. If you are looking for an eternity that is even lower profile, I remember seeing one, I will link it below. It is only 1.5 mm tall off the finger. It is a similar look, but channel set instead of bead set.

Thank you everyone for all of your kind words and encouragement. It means a lot. May it be returned to you 10 fold!

Love it. It is a gorgeous ring!

Thank you so much for the detailed info, that’s seriously very helpful!
Your rings look so beautiful together :) x

This is beautiful! And putting the plain band in the middle is a stack after my own heart, as that's how I mostly wear my set. You were wise to go up in size. My rings are all the same size & in 'normal' weather that's fine, but in heat they are a killer.

Congratulations!

I love it! And you’re so smart to size up - who cares if it spins if it’s an eternity! I am also weirdly soothed by lurking on these boards. It’s interesting and I’m learning things!

Can I also chime in on the Whiteflash love? Funny you mention the Honey channel set band, as I just bought it a month ago. I learned about them through this forum and am so grateful. I was thrilled to find a thin band that would complement my ring and was so reasonably priced. What surprised me was the customer service. I’ve gotten, I think, 4-5 emails (personal ones, not just automated receipts!) and a phone call. They are so thoughtful and nice, and it’s especially appreciated as this was obviously a pretty modest purchase - clearly they are concerned about EVERY customer’s experience. So that’s my note of positivity!

Oh no! Now you’re making me want this channel set LOL. It’s very pretty. Did you see a few months ago when Meghan Markle got a channel set eternity? Very glamorous! And it’s a perfect match to your engagement ring. They look great together! You did real good finding that band!

Ooh, I knew she had an eternity ring but didn’t know it was channel set. I did some celebrity ring stalking when I was trying to decide on a wedding band and remember reading that she also changed her e-ring band from solid to pave (or something diamond-y). I saw some comment griping that she shouldn’t have done that because she was messing with a royal heirloom, and thought, “Uh, weren’t her side stones taken from Diana’s jewelry?” Of all the things to get angry about, jewelry is usually not it - which, again, is why this space is fun. ;)

It’s perfect! Good choice.
