My Lauren B. inspired setting for my pear shape diamond!!!

I'm so excited about my new setting for my 2.08 pear shape diamond.
I had it in another setting that just didn't do it justice, so I didn't wear it much. It was a beautiful setting, just not for this stone.
I will show before and after pictures.
The new setting was inspired from a Lauren B. Setting. I think the original setting was around 1.49 ct. I had the side stones quite a bit larger and bigger stones on the halo. The total diamonds ct on the setting is 2.18.

Thank you for all the kind comments. I am much happier with the setting, and the diamond looks fantastic in it. I will have to take better pictures, if I can, to really show the beauty. This shoulder surgery is killing me and it's hard to type with one hand, let alone to take great pictures.

Thank you so much. Unfortunately this is my second shoulder surgery, and it's just as brutal as the first one. I don't wish this on anybody... well, maybe suicide bombers.
My new setting was a little bit of Sunshine. I was supposed to have it back in time for the GTG, but it had to be remade. It was worth the wait.

Gem queen your new setting is divine. I am also looking at that very same setting at Lauren B!!! Would you share the mm size of your halo stones? They are absolutely perfect to compliment your center stone without overpowering.

AWESOME! I'm also getting a pear (though a far smaller one) put in a split-shank halo, and it warms my heart to see how beautifully this one sets off your stone and arrests the eye. Well done!

Thank you. I love it. I thing the stones on the halo are .3 points each. I know the ones going to the side are .5 each.
The diamond was measured for exact calculations. The vendor told my friend that that a diamond like this was very hard to come by.
I know that on L.B.'s site, her setting is 1.49. This setting is 2.18. The diamonds are VS minimum and are E-F color. It is a real show stopper. Sometimes I things it's blingier (is that a word?) than my 3 ct.
