#TBT My JA size 7.25 1.78tcw graduated 5 stone in WG

As as many of you know I redid my engagement ring. Today I got the final result. I'll go into how awesome and amazing JA was to work with on another thread but believe me when I say they were phenomenal!

Size is loose to avoid fat fingers. Stones are all ks. Center is a. 84 vs1, first set of side stones are .64ctw and VVS2 and SI1. Last set are .3tcw

Set in unplated 14k WG

I am in love. Setting was amazing for the price. I still plan to go a master bench route in a few years but this is absolutely no slouch!

Oh my gosh yes it feels a little TOO sparkly. I felt a tad self conscious wearing it to the stone today.

thanks yeah the sparkle is ridiculous. I think maybe because there are no prongs on the sides, really allows a LARGE flow of light in. I opened the box and it it took my breath away. I dont know what i was expecting but for some reason i wasnt expecting it to be this nice.

yes very, but still feels safest to have insurance on it.

I had the same feeling about my pear. It'll be back someday. Probably with a yellow diamond or a sapphire though. It needs something other than a white diamond.

im really happy I went for horizontal coverage over a 1 ct stone, which was the other option in my budget. Its an astonishing amount of sparkle, but at the same time i dont feel uncomfortable wearing it around my friends or the town (where most people have < .5 ct or just a super plain 1 ct princess)

Your set was really inspirational to me. But of course I had a lot more finger to cover so I had to add a set of stones.
