Perhaps I should have mentioned trying THIS crazy fine bauble during my trip to Santa Fe.

(Was searching my purse for receipts from that trip & stumbled on a biz card I took to post about this thing way back when ... oopsies.) It''s from here ... and, in case you''re wondering: $122K five carat cushion.

That''s an incredible cushion and the setting it''s in is glorious!!! Were you salivating with that thing on your hand? I''m not such a huge fan of the chunkified "halo" around the second ring though. A little too much going on there.

Heeheehee. It was *painful* since the ring was probably size 6 and my fingers, 10ish! Actually I tried it on me widdle pinky. GORGEOUS. But h-e-a-v-y. At least on a pinkie!

I''m so silly ... I was more impressed with the *setting* (delicate craftsmanship, incredible detail) & trying to figure out a way I could explain the need for a 2nd e-ring, with a smaller version of that setting set with a Jelly Belly jellybean I guess, all I could afford to put IN that *setting*

I think it was so big I couldn''t get my mind around the fact it was REAL!
