What a gorgeous ring!!! Congrats!!

+1 for capturing your adorable furball in the pic! Is Ruckus a Frenchie or a Boston Terrier?

Ruckus is a full blooded Frenchie. Our first, and he’s an absolute riot!

When I ordered my ACA, the plan was to find or design an Art Deco styled setting. I knew the stone would find its way out of the classic 6-prong. I wanted a setting that felt like “me”. One with personality and that made my heart sing.

Now, y’all are going to think I’m CRAZY. And that’s fine. But I’m returning the ACA because my heart belongs to Lucy. I never expected to fall for an OEC because I hadn’t seen one in person. (At least not a sizable one.)

Here’s the story about my love, if you’re interested: https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/my-very-first-oec-baby.241406/

I don't think you're crazy at all! The heart wants what the heart wants and that OEC is stunning. Though I am sure the decision wasn't an easy one. Do you mind if I ask what the price was for the ACA? I never found a link to the listing.

Congrats on your OEC! Hope it brings you joy for years to come!

He is listed as “fawn”. And out of all the breeds I’ve owned, I’ve never had a dog with as much personality as him! He is a true character. He’s almost two now. He has a big sister. She’s a piebald dachshund. They are ridiculous together: https://www.instagram.com/moxie_n_ruckus/

Awwwww he most certainly looks sable and I love his markings!!! Your guys are the cutest! We've got a blue brindle and a blue fawn piebald. I followed you so you could check out my terrors :mrgreen2:

So very true. And my heart was screaming for Lucy. ❤️ No comparison when I put them side by side. She just had me enchanted from the get go.

As for the ACA, here’s the link: https://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut-loose-diamond-3986364.htm It is being shipped back to WF today, so should be available again in about a week, I would think. I only wore it for about three hours total. The cost was just over $17,000 for the stone.
