due to budget, I need help getting the most beautiful round 1 carat ( not less she is picky) diamond under 6500


most important things

1) round and around 1 carat
2) eye clean ( vs1 or a clean si2/si3 )
3) amazing optics preferably hearts and arrows cut
4)AGS/Gia certified
5) appearing as white as possible

Welcome! I think maybe in #2 you meant eyeclean SI1? There is no SI3 in GIA or AGS grading, and I think it is wise to stick with SI1 or higher for an engagement ring (just my opinion).

This 2 step process guarantees a well-cut round.
It may reject a couple that experts with years of experience would not have rejected, but you and I are not experts with years of experience.

I'd probably go with this one. It is a hearts and arrows cut, it is I SI1 and I wouldn't want to go lower than that. Plus, they have an excellent upgrade policy should you ever decide to upgrade the diamond as an anniversary gift.
