I''ve purchased TONS of things on ebay and have been very lucky in most of them.
I think I tried to post this before and it didn''t work, or whatever..but you HAVE to go to eBay
report the item as ''significantly not as described''
open the dispute
let them get involved.
you only have a limited time from date of purchase to do this, so if you''re concerned that you didn''t get what you paid for and are unhappy with it - open the dispute immediately.
If you paid via paypal using a credit card (and I sure hope you did!) you have some recourse there, as well. You can file a claim through paypal to get your money back - you can also contact your credit card company about it!
But don''t wait. if you''re not happy and the seller is being difficult - file the complaint before it''s too late.
