So my work is travel related and this week’s event is in a town I’m new to. I decided at the last minute to leave my good stuff at home so all I have is my travel pearls and corporate style earrings, no rings or necklaces. No diamonds.
And I feel sad, like I’ve left behind my kids.
So I just mentally sent out a pulse of love and support to all other people who leave behind their treasures to do the work they love and who rush back to the sparkly little babies as soon as they get home. I am in very good company. There are perhaps millions of us, but at least hundreds of thousands.
Wishing us all comfort and rainbow kuzime lights, every one every where.
