May I see your halo settings on small fingers?

I'm going with a beautiful and quite substantial Gabriel &Co halo setting on a size 4/4.25ish finger and I'm trying to judge exactly how large it would be best to go. We're planning on a .8-.85 carat cushion center stone since the setting is quite large on its own! I'm hoping G&Co will work with me to make the setting as dainty as possible.


Please tell me your finger size and center stone size! I'd especially love to see some of the chunkier halo settings!

That is just so unbelievably fabulous!!! I LOVE airlines on antique style halos, but unfortunately dear FH is NOT a fan whatsoever. I also don't feel so nervous about a .8-1.1 ct cushion now!

Thanks so much! I love it too, but my best friend commented that it looked like a class ring (she saw it with a sapphire center stone) and now I'm extremely self-conscious about the setting not being dainty enough. Do you think that Gabriel and Co will work with me to shrink the setting? They have a smaller tcwt version of the setting but it looks extremely distorted. I don't even care all that much about the amount of melee on the fleur de lis shank, I just want it to be proportionate.

Wow, that's gorgeous! Is it a lower color stone or is the lighting that's causing the contrast between the halo melee and the stone? Either way it's amazing!

I LOVE the OEC in her setting even though I'm going with a cushion! I love the antique look of the OEC but prefer sparkles to the pastel flashes that OECs give off.

I'm just nervous about it looking bulky on a size 4 finger. However we're going to IDJ in NYC so I'm sure I'm in fabulous hands!

It's an H, so I think it's the lighting.

Wow thank you emma!! My ering setting is Simon G, and the wedding band is vintage (1933) from Ruby Lane. I really like the gap on these vintage sets too!

Thank you very much My setting is not from any designer collection. Most high-end designers such as Tacori, Verragio have gorgeous halo settings but are TOO ornate for my lifestyle and we didn't want to spend that much on just the setting. So we went custom, using Tiffany soleste as my inspiration. You're right, the inner halo is of smaller diamonds, with the size of my center stone it would be "too much" if both halos were of the same size. For the setting, we used a combination of 1/2 pointers to 2 pointers melees if I remember correctly.
Good luck on your reset project, but I think your ring is already stunning as it is (in your avatar).
