So I'm looking to spend up to 700$ no need for high quality white diamonds just something that shines a bit laid on white gold again nothing too high quality needed 2 inch X 2 inch here's the design https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/236x/61/55/85/6155856ceca8f670259f633a2c88264a.jpg nothing flashy for the chain I'd be fine with stainless steel. Would this be doable and also what jeweler should I go with?

No, 2x 2 is going to be way too expensive. 1 cm square maybe one inch, but that's probably pushing it. You could ask IDJ if they can do it. You might need to raise the budget ma couple hundred. Does the whole thing have to be pave? If only one part of it was it would be much cheaper.

Honestly you best bet os Arg. silver and a single gypsy set diamond in the middle.

You could try looking on ETSY for someone who works in silver that could do it. I dont know anyone off the top of my head.

This vendor works in silver and looks like they also can set stones. I would contact them and see if they will do a custom project.
