I still suggest you ask them for a picture of it on the hand in natural lighting. That costs you nothing it will be a better representation of the color.

Now this doesnt help your ring quest, but if she really loves this color, buy a mahenge garnet and stash it away for an anniversary present!

It seems that almost all rounds in a suitable size for sapphires turn out to be round mixed cuts instead of round brilliant.

Looks like recut or cut from rough seems to be the only way to get a round brilliant pink sapphire.

Do any of you have any round mixed cuts in ring settings? Side profile?
