Looking for a round 1 carat

Hi,

I have approx. $6500 to spend, maybe I can stretch it to $7000. I’m looking for a round diamond for a solitaire setting. I live in Europe, so taxes and customs are not included and I know I probably will need to buy it online.

I’m looking for,

1carat or bigger
Color G or better
VVS2 or better
Fluorescence faint to none
The rest as close to Ideal000

Is it possible? As of right now, what is the finest rock I can find given my criteria’s?

Hmmmm ... I think you may have trouble with that budget ... I can’t find anything in that price range that would get exactly what you’re looking for.

These are $500 over $7000 budget ... gorgeous G color stones with a great vendor with some of the best upgrade policies ... but they are just below 1 carat (which can be a great deal, btw - you get almost the same diameter without the 1 carat mark price hike):

Going lower in clarity may help you find something within your budget as well, but VS2 and SI1 require some evaluation of inclusions ... and it’s kinda late so I’m not up to looking for those right now ... something for you to consider.

Hopefully others will give you suggestions as well - these are just the first few that I picked based on AGS reports, where you at least have all the performance info that you need.
