It has been a minute since I have last been here. I don't know where we are shopping these days so help?

Looking for the best and biggest stone I can find for about $550ish.

Anyone have suggestions?
 
Looking for 2 carats or more.
I would like to stay within range of H and up
Eye clean


Any help?
 
Start with loosegrowndiamond.com and calaveranewyork.com if you want to narrow it down, otherwise you didn't mention cut for those smarter than I am to search for you.
 
Right, I have searched those but I am not the best at determining cut aside from running it through the cut advisor on here. I was looking for some help finding one that is a good cut.

Guess I’ll just pick one and hope for the best.

Edited to add I have read somewhere that LGDs tend to have more higher/better colours for sale than natural ones.

Thank you but I am looking more for a budget stone for something. It doesn't have to be the most amazing ever stone. Something that is well cut (doesn't have to be like WF quality cut, but sparkly), eye clean, and on the less tinted side.

Got a clarity limit in mind, or is any round diamond that is eye-clean OK with you?
Up around $600-635 work for you, just in case?
 
Adjust the search criteria to reflect the following, then go through the results to find some diamonds that meet the PriceScope ideal proportions and angles while exhibiting tight cut precision...Calavera's site is terrible when returning to the search results, forcing you to adjust some of the sliders and options all over again.

Eye clean is all I care about. Might go that high depending what it is

Do you want round? I looked at Loose Grown and they had a heart that was promising looking in budget.

I want a round for this project BUT i have been looking for a nice heart for a pendant for awhile so I would still like to see it.

Do you like chubby hearts? I have been looking at those. I have found a few I think are pretty without "mushiness" on the ends for under $550.

I have a loose blue sapphire that is about 8.5 x 7.5. I was thinking of getting a heart lab diamond and doing a moi et toi!

I have the one linked and it's a very comfortable, wearable ring that I actually wear! I thought the oval sapphire and heart might be pretty.

Yes! Love them. I would love a moi et toi ring eventually too but I have been dreaming of a heart pendant for awhile. Just never managed to get around to it.
