You all have much better photos then I do. I am going to have to get some shots outside in the sun but I got my hubby to help take these and he thought enough was enough. The only time he likes jewelery is when someone goes gaga over my ring. Then his chest puffs up and he thinks "he''s the man"! Of course that is fine with me because (HE IS) that feeling for him and his knowing how much I love it is what kept the upgrades going. I think this is our final upgrade though.

DJ- what are the specs on your ring?

All I know is the center is 2.10 VS2 J color pear, round side stones .35 SI2 H color and the smaller ones are around .08 and only I1. I am not thrilled with the quality of the .08 stones but if you are looking at the ring on my hand you don''t really see the flaws in them that bother me. My finger size is an 8.

Actually I was interested in a pendant at a jeweler we sometimes go to and when I went to see the pendant I saw this set with a round 5/8 center stone. Well, after convincing the jeweler to take my old mounting in trade and convincing my husband to agree to my upgrading again, I got it. My old set had been modified and I wanted my original wide gold wedding band so all of it had to be taken apart for my center to be mounted in this one. I hated that I had to wait about a week. It isn''t a designer set or anything but I fell in love with it and thought my stone would be beautiful with it.

Oopsie just realized I didn't add my stuff here, last week when the thread was bumped, I thought oh I have to do that but with all the pictures I have, picking just a few favorites was INSANELY HARD. So here are two collages....of my favorites. But I have many more that didn't fit. hehee.

I had to drop picture quality down a bit to get them to be within size range..boo hoo! Oh and my ring size is 6...but I think my finger is actually more like a 5.75 as the rings are a little loose...my knuckle is more like a 6.
